Agentrix provides AI automation consulting, development, and deployment services including but not limited to AI voice agents, workflow automation, custom chatbots, and CRM integrations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Project Agreement agreed upon by both parties.
Upon full payment, all custom-built deliverables developed specifically for your project are transferred to you in full. Agentrix retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or tools used in delivery. All content on this website including text, graphics, and design is the property of Agentrix and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Agentrix typically requires a deposit prior to project commencement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Agentrix's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the completion or termination of any project for a period of two years.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
